Description: This position is accountable for monitoring HUD/CHA compliance, tracking, evaluating and reporting on the performance and progress of the contractor/RMC involved in the management of designated CHA properties.
Requirements: This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration or other related field together with three to five years experience in real estate and/or contract compliance in the public or private sector or the equivalent combination of education and related work experience. Masters degree may be substituted for professional experience. In addition, this position requires a working knowledge of subsidized or federally assisted programs, strong analytical, organization and administrative skills and an extensive working knowledge of HUD regulations. Effective verbal and written communications, management and interpersonal skills are required along with computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook). Organization and time management abilities are essential for coordinating the development and implementation of new and modified operating policies and procedures governing all contractual agreements.
