The Department of Procurement and Contracts (DPC) procures goods and services for the Chicago Housing Authority. DPC's Compliance Team is responsible for monitoring Minority/Women/Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (M/W/DBE), Section 3, and Davis-Bacon & Related Acts as determined by the Department of Labor, in conjunction with Housing and Urban Development (HUD). To do business with the CHA, you must register as a Supplier through the CHA's Supplier Portal.

  1. Access the Supplier Portal here.
  2. Register or log in with your username and password if you have already registered.
  3. Follow the steps to complete your registration.
