TASK ORDER COMPETITIVE CONTRACTING (TOCC) FOR GENERAL CONTRACTOR SERVICES‐CHA WIDE

CHA's IDIQ Program includes master competitive task order based contracts.

The Task Order Competitive Contracting (“TOCC”) Program includes General Contractors that receive task order bidding opportunities for modernization, capital maintenance and development activities for properties owned by the CHA or its affiliates or instrumentalities.

The TOCC program is managed by CHA’s Capital Construction Department and has a contract term of two (2) years effective, July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2017, with a one (1) year option period.

TOCC Program General Contractors are assigned to Groups A, B and C as listed in the chart below. Subcontractors are encouraged to contact the General Contractors for subcontracting opportunities.

Group A: Contractors who have the ability to bid on, perform the work and secure bonding for projects valued from $100,000.00 through $500,000.00;

Group B: Contractors who have the ability to bid on, perform the work and secure bonding for projects valued over $500,000.00 to $1,500,000.00.

Group C: Contractors who have the ability to bid on, perform the work and secure bonding for projects valued over $1,500,00.00 to $3,000,000.00.

The Architecture/Engineering program is managed by CHA’s Capital Construction Department and has a contract term of two (2) years effective Jan. 1, 2014 to Dec. 31, 2015, with one additional (1) year option period executed January 1, 206 to December 31, 2016.

The Environmental Consulting services is managed by CHA’s Capital Construction Department and has a contract term of two (2) years effective April 1, 2014 to March 31, 2016, with additional two (2) year options period. 

The Environmental Consultants are as listed in the chart below. Subcontractors are encouraged to contact the Environmental Consultants for subcontracting opportunities.
