Trumbull Park Homes is located at 105th Street and Oglesby Avenue on Chicago’s far south side.


Resident Leadership

Public housing residents are represented by a strong leadership headed by the development’s Local Advisory Council (LAC). This council is synonymous with a tenant association and is headed by an LAC president who is part of the Central Advisory Council, the governing body of the LAC.

History

Construction of Trumbull Park Homes was completed in 1938. A total of 454 units comprise this two-story rowhouse-style development.


Existing Conditions

Trumbull Park contains 303 occupied units,and houses approximately 700 residents.
