Eligibility Requirements

To apply for scattered site housing, you must meet one of the following criteria:

• Be a current resident of the community area for which you are applying for scattered site housing (i.e. you must be a resident of the Logan Square community area to apply for Logan Square scattered site housing),
• Be a current CHA resident requesting a transfer unit, or
• Be a current Chicago Housing Choice Voucher holder.
