Rogers Park falls within the Northeast region of scattered site housing and spans as far as Howard Street to the north, Western Avenue to the west, Devon Avenue to the south and Sheridan Road/Lake Michigan to the east.  Unit sizes vary from one bedroom up to as many as five bedrooms.

Eligibility Requirements

To apply for scattered site housing, you must meet one of the following criteria:

• Be a current resident of the community area for which you are applying for scattered site housing (i.e. you must be a resident of the Rogers Park community area to apply for Rogers Park scattered site housing),
• Be a current CHA resident requesting a transfer unit, or
• Be a current Chicago Housing Choice Voucher holder.
