• Be a current resident of the community area for which you are applying for scattered site housing (i.e. you must be a resident of the Chatham community area to apply for Chatham scattered site housing),
• Be a current CHA resident requesting a transfer unit, or
• Be a current Chicago Housing Choice Voucher holder.
