The Washington Park Low-Rises were built in 1963 and are littered within the loose boundaries of 63rd Street to the south, Stewart Avenue to the west, 39th Street to the north and Lake Michigan to the east. Under the Plan for Transformation, all units will be renovated with updated kitchens, bathrooms, electrical and plumbing upgrades, expanded closets and improved landscaping.
Eligibility
Only residents who were living in CHA developments as of October 1, 1999, and have remained lease-compliant are eligible to live at this property. The CHA is currently not accepting new applicants at any of its family properties. Eligible CHA relocatees should contact their relocation manager for more information.
