About the HCV Administrative Plan
The purpose of the Administrative Plan is to establish policies for the administration of the Chicago Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCVP) according to HUD federal regulations and guidelines. The HCVP Administrative Plan clarifies program requirements and ensures compliance with CHA’s Moving to Work Demonstration Program.
