Ratification of Modification No. G-09, in the amount of $312,763, to Contract No. 8060 with Friedler Construction Co., for additional work related to the renovation of Frances Cabrini Homes
Recommendation to submit a Demolition Application to HUD for the demolition of 3600 South Vincennes Avenue and to demolish said property
