Approval of Receipt of American Recovery and Reinvestment Act Awarded Formula Grant Funds and Submission to HUD of the Capital Fund Annual Statement Therefor
Recommendation to create a process to approve items regarding economic stimulus opportunities under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act

Recommendation to award contract for the Family Housing Renovation at Washington Park Homes, Low Rises. Recommended Awardee: Oakk Construction., Co. Inc.
Recommendation to submit a Demolition Application to HUD for the demolition of six properties in Harold Ickes Homes and to demolish said properties
Recommendation to award five contracts for Authority-wide Professional Environmental Consulting Services and to fund
Environmental Investigations and Targeted Remediation. Recommended Awardees: Camp Dresser & McKee Inc., Carnow Conibear and Associates, Environmental Design International Inc.; URS Corporation and Weston Solutions

Recommendation to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Chicago’s Department of Administrative Hearings to continue to permit CHA residents to participate in formal grievance hearings before independent hearing officers at DoAH’s facilities
Recommendation to extend Contract No. 5164 with Holsten Real Estate Development Corporation to provide Community and Supportive Services to Cabrini Green Residents
Recommendation to extend Contract No. 5059 with Stateway Associates, LLC to provide Community and Supportive Services to the Revitalized Stateway Gardens community
