Drafted Policies for Public Comment

CHA regularly reviews its policies, procedures and plans to remain compliant with federal, state and local regulations. These policies include documents such as the Admission and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP), Lease, Pet Policy, Grievance Procedure, Tenant Selection Plans and Moving to Work Annual Plan.

Whenever revisions or policy changes are needed, CHA holds a public comment period that gives residents, applicants and the general public an opportunity to review the proposed policy changes and provide oral and written feedback to CHA before changes are passed by the CHA Board.

CHA recently held a public comment period for the Draft Tenant Selection Plan and Lease Addendum for the Property Investment Initiative, Draft Tenant Selection Plan and Lease Addendum for Lake Parc Place and CHA’s Non-Dwelling Policy and Procedure from August 11 to September 9, 2009.  The public comment period is now closed.
