Drafted Policies for Public Comment

CHA regularly reviews its policies, procedures and plans to remain compliant with federal, state and local regulations. Whenever revisions or policy changes are needed, CHA holds a public comment period that gives residents, applicants and the general public an opportunity to review the proposed policy changes and provide oral and written feedback to CHA before changes are passed by the CHA Board.

Proposed Amendments to the FY2010 MTW Annual Plan, Amended And Restated MTW Agreement and FY2010 HCV Administrative Plan

CHA has scheduled a public comment period for the Draft Amended FY2010 MTW Annual Plan, Draft FY2010 Housing Choice Voucher Program Administrative Plan and Proposed Amendments No. 4 and No. 5 to CHA's Amended and Restated Moving to Work Agreement from March 5, 2010 to April 3, 2010.

The drafts of these documents are available at CHA and HCV Administrative Offices, CHA Property Management Offices, Central Advisory Council Office (243 E. 32nd Street), HCV Satellite Offices and Latino Site Offices, as well as from CHA's Web site below.

CHA will hold a Public Comment Hearing on Monday, March 22, 2010 at the Charles A. Hayes Family Investment Center, 4859 S. Wabash at 6:00 p.m.  

If you are unable to attend the public comment hearing, but want to comment on the drafted Plan, please submit your written comments via one of three methods:
