Family Properties
CHA is currently not accepting new applicants at any of its family properties. However, units are available for applicants who are on CHA's Family Housing Wait List, including those who were added after the Family Wait List Lottery in 2010.Mixed-Income Properties
CHA is currently not accepting new applicants at any of its mixed-income properties. Units are available only for applicants on CHA's Family Housing Wait List, including those who were added after the Family Wait List Lottery in 2010. Eligibility requirements vary by development, but CHA has outlined a minimum tenant selection plan for all mixed-income properties.
PRA Properties
CHA is currently not accepting new applicants at any of its PRA properties. However, units are available for applicants who are on either the Family Housing Wait List or the HCV Program Wait List.
