News & Press Release Archive

Since the beginning of the Plan for Transformation, residents, partners and whole communities have shared with us their success stories.  We are happy to share these tales of progress through a number of media forms, including our radio show, Chicago Housing Authority Talk (CHAT).

CHAT, hosted by CHA Press Secretary Derek Hill, airs Saturday mornings at 11 a.m. on WVON 1690 AM.  Within the two-hour show, Hill interviews guests and discusses topics concerning the Plan and leaseholders.

CHA also issues regular media advisories and press releases highlighting the Plan’s noteworthy residents, construction benchmarks and seasonal events.  Click on a link below to read the full PDF of each story.
