Apartment Owners and Developers

The Chicago Housing Authority announces a new program to increase high-quality affordable housing in healthy and revitalizing neighborhoods throughout the city of Chicago. This program provides rental assistance to selected properties for specified units under a 5- to 30-year contract. The PRA Application is available for download now.
