Resources for Property Owners/Managers

Resource Centers

The main CHA HCV Program resource center is located at the Central Office and carries information and materials that benefit Applicants, Voucher Holders, Participants and Property Owners. The resource center provides a wide range of information at a convenient and centralized location. At these centers Property Owners/Managers can find information about improving their property management skills, literature explaining weatherization grants, resources on landlord/tenant law, rental applications, leases and more.

Each resource center is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. No appointment is necessary.
