College Prep Programs for High School Students

COLLEGE PREP PROGRAMS FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS 

Over 1,000 CHA Youth participate in Resident Services’ programs supported by S2S each year.  Summer programs sponsored through S2S that take place in partnership with local universities include:

BMO HARRIS FINANCIAL LITERACY & LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE

This six-week program on the campus of DePaul University and generously sponsored by BMO Harris Bank, exposes 30 CHA High School students to careers in the banking and business industries.

CHA PROGRAM IN DOCUMENTARY FILMMAKING

The School of Cinematic Arts six-week intensive Documentary Filmmaking Program designed for CHA prepares students to become future filmmakers in documentary production.  The program introduces students to the basic theory, aesthetic and technical skills required to create a documentary.
