Introducing our new Homebuyer Workshop Series to empower CHA residents to overcome financial barriers and achieve sustainable homeownership!
In addition to virtual and in-person workshops, the CHA HOME team will provide expert guidance and space for a supportive community - all designed to impart the knowledge and tools necessary for CHA residents navigating the path to homeownership.

Realtor Education
Dreaming of buying a home? CHA residents will learn about the ins and outs of the homebuying process including pre-approval, finding a realtor, home search, making an offer, closing the deal, resources, and expertise.
In-person Realtor Education workshops are held once a month from 3:00PM to 4:00PM at the FIC located at 4859 South Wabash Avenue, Chicago, IL 60615.
Lender Education
Start your home journey right! CHA residents will learn about the lending process in addition to solutions for first-time homebuyers, affordable mortgages, grant programs, resources, and expertise.
In-person Lender Education workshops are held once a month from 3:00PM to 4:00PM at the FIC located at 4859 South Wabash Avenue, Chicago, IL 60615.
