Oakwood Shores is located in Bronzeville on the former site of the Madden, Wells and Addams homes. The low rise community is convenient to downtown and Hyde Park and is the site of the Bronzeville Mariano's coming in the spring of 2016.

Roosevelt Square is located along Roosevelt Road on the west side of Chicago. It's convenient to downtown, shopping centers, UIC and the United Center.

The Fountainview Apartments is located on the former site of Cabrini-Green in the Near North neighborhood of Chicago's north side.

The Shops and Lofts on 47th is a mixed income development at the corner of 47th and Cottage Grove that is nearing completion in the Fall of 2014. The building will provide 100 new units of public, affordable and market rate housing, as well as a Wal-Mart Green Market and a variety of other retail at street level.

Parkside of Old Town sits along Division Street and Seward Park on the former site of Cabrini-Green. Today the neighborhood is home to a new Target, Growing Power Garden and Apple Store.

Douglas Park is located on the west side of Chicago.

Old Town Village sits across from Seward Park near the former site of the Cabrini-Green high rises. The area is rich with diversity as it becomes a top retail and entertainment destination for Chicagoans.
