Alfreda spent nearly 25 years researching and completing her mother's autobiography Crusade for Justice: The Autobiography of Ida B. Wells. The 14-story, age-restricted, elevator building features 128 studio and one bedroom homes. The building was built in 1964 and was formerly known as Midwest Terrace.
