Scattered Sites-Northeast Regional Office

The Scattered Sites-Northeast region includes just over 600 units scattered throughout the Belmont Cragin, Dunning, Edgewater, Edison Park, Hermosa, Jefferson Park, Lakeview, Lincoln Park, Lincoln Square, Montclare, Near North, North Center,  Norwood Park, O'Hare, Rogers Park, Uptown, and West Ridge community areas.  Units range from one to five bedrooms in this region.

CHA’s Scattered Site properties consist of nearly 2,800 public housing units scattered individually or in small groups throughout Chicago’s 77 communities and diverse housing populations.  Scattered site units offer a variety of housing options including homes in newer construction condominium buildings, single family detached homes, and within market rate rental developments.
