The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a Federal Communications Commission program that can help you:
- Save up to $30/month discount for internet service.
- A one-time discount of up to $100 for a laptop, desktop computer, or tablet purchased through a participating provider.
CHA residents and Housing Choice Voucher participants are eligible for ACP and may apply by:
- Going to GetInternet.gov to complete and submit an on-line application, or printing a mail-in application and send to: ACP Support Center, P.O. Box 01, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18773.
- Contacting your preferred participating internet service provider to select an eligible plan and have the discount applied to your bill.
Eligible households must both apply for the program and contact a participating provider to select a service plan.
