Resident Spotlight: Molly Wilson named to Mayor's Youth Commission

CHA resident Molly Wilson was recently named to the 5th cohort of the Mayor’s Youth Commission. The Youth Commission meets monthly to give their input on youth-related City projects and policy. Youth Commissioners are between the ages of 14-19 and were selected through a rigorous application process which saw a record number of applicants from across the city.

CHA Launches Pilot Program To Support Voucher Holders Who Are Required To Move From Troubled Units by Offering up to $1500 in Moving Fees

The Chicago Housing Authority (CHA) Board of Commissioners Tuesday advanced three major new housing developments on the West, North and Southwest Sides, including the first phase of the long-awaited LeClaire redevelopment effort. The other projects are Parkside Phase 5 in the former Cabrini Green area and Ogden Commons Phase A2 in the Lawndale neighborhood.
