The Office of the Inspector General (OIG) reports contain findings of its audits and evaluations regarding the activities and initiatives of the CHA.

OIG publications detail its activities and achievements, as well as outline its ongoing and planned work.

CHA management is responsible for establishing and maintaining measurable processes to ensure that CHA programs operate economically, efficiently, effectively, and with integrity.

HUD has recently changed the definition of a Section 3 Business:

• At least 51% owned by a CHA resident(s) or HCV participant(s)
• At least 51% owned by a low-income person(s)
• A business where low-income persons make up a minimum of 75% of the labor hours

HUD defines a Section 3 Worker as:

Can I sell alcohol during my event or serve my guests even if I purchase the Certificate of Alcohol Insurance?

The FIC does not have a liquor license to allow the sale of alcohol. Alcohol can be served by a bartending service but not sold during events. Cash bars, the sale of drink tickets, and self-service bars are strictly prohibited. If you plan to serve (not sell) alcohol, alcohol insurance must be purchased through Hospitality Services Group (additional fees apply). Drink tickets can be sold in advance prior to the event, not on the premises.
