NOTICE OF A REGULAR MEETING

OF THE

CHICAGO HOUSING CONSULTING SERVICES, INC. NFP BOARD OF DIRECTORS

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Chicago Housing Consulting Services, Inc. NFP Board of Directors will hold a Regular Meeting on Friday, May 18, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. at the Chicago Housing Authority Corporate Offices, 60 East Van Buren, Room 1201, Chicago, Illinois.

The Chicago Housing Consulting Services, Inc. NFP may vote on whether to go into closed executive session pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, 5 ILCS 120, to discuss matters under the following exceptions:

a. 120/2(c)(7) Consideration of the sale or purchase of securities, investments or investment contracts

b. 120/2 (c)(11) Discuss probable or imminent litigation, and

c. 120/2(c)(21) Consider and approve minutes of prior closed meetings and determine whether a need for confidentiality exists.
