CHA completes All Accessible Rehabs in Senior Portfolio three years earlier than scheduled

CHICAGO – On Thursday, Dec. 9, the Chicago Housing Authority marked the end of rehabilitation for 700 senior apartments with upgrades for people with disabilities – three years ahead of schedule. With the delivery of these accessible units, CHA inches closer to the completion of all 9,300 units of senior-designated housing committed under the Plan for Transformation.

EPA Recognizes CHA with Smart Growth Achievement Award

Mayor Daley, CHA Re-open Renovated Britton Budd Apartments
