Year Of Renewal: CHA’s Healthy Homes Team Gives Progress Report

Resident Spotlight: LaTreva Owodele

LaTreva Owodele was a pre-med student a few years ago when she took a film class and promptly switched her major to filmmaking. She then signed up for the CHA’s “Become a Filmmaker” program that bolstered her interest – and her life. This is her third and final year with Become a Filmmaker, where she now serves as a mentor to the younger students.

CHA primarily conducts business with applicants, participants and owners/managers via online portals, email and phone. Digital requests are more easily tracked, which limits repeat requests and processing delays.

Move to a New Home

July 19, 2024
The HCV Program allows participants to continue receiving housing assistance when they move to a new, approved unit. Remember: CHA does not pre-approve units or property owners for the HCV Program.
