TASK ORDER COMPETITIVE CONTRACTING (TOCC) FOR GENERAL CONTRACTOR SERVICES‐CHA WIDE

CHA's IDIQ Program includes master competitive task order based contracts.

The Task Order Competitive Contracting (“TOCC”) Program includes General Contractors that receive task order bidding opportunities for modernization, capital maintenance and development activities for properties owned by the CHA or its affiliates or instrumentalities.

The TOCC program is managed by CHA’s Capital Construction Department and has a contract term of two (2) years effective, July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2021, with two (2) one-year renewal options. Option year one (1) - July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022.

TOCC Program General Contractors are assigned to Groups A, B and C as listed in the chart below. Subcontractors are encouraged to contact the General Contractors for subcontracting opportunities.

Group A: Contractors who have the ability to bid on, perform the work and secure bonding for projects valued from $100,000.00 through $500,000.00;

Group B: Contractors who have the ability to bid on, perform the work and secure bonding for projects valued over $500,000.00 to $3,000,000.00.

Group C: Contractors who have the ability to bid on, perform the work and secure bonding for projects valued over $3,000,00.00 to $5,000,000.00.

Environmental Consulting Services is managed by CHA’s Capital Construction Department and has a contract term of two (2) years effective, August 1, 2018, to August 31, 2020, with two (2) one-year option periods.  The Option Year 2 contract term is effective from September 1, 2021, to August 31, 2022.
