How CHA Enforces HCV Program Rules
What does a voucher, a HAP Contract and a lease have in common? They’re all legally binding documents that can impact your good standing with the HCV Program! In this session, we’ll discuss how CHA monitors contract compliance, investigates complaints and ensures that HCV families and property owners are meeting their obligations to the program (and to each other). HCV staff will also review what can happen during the different stages of program enforcement through a series of real case studies.
