Cost of Multi-Purpose Room Rental: The current rate is $1500.00 (6 hours). A non-refundable deposit of $400.00 is required to secure the date.  Please note that events held on a Holiday, must be approved by FIC management and the client must contact the FIC for pricing.

Includes: set-up time and 1 additional hour for clean-up, tables, and chairs

Requirements

  • Event security is required for all events and must be retained by the client at an additional fee. Clients must contact the vendor identified on the referral listing under security.
  • Vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance (Alcohol Insurance/Liability) to serve alcohol must be served by Service Is Us.
  • Balances must be paid in full 30 days before the event date.
  • Payment must be made by either Visa, MasterCard, or Discover credit card, check, or money order. Payments made in cash or with American Express will not be accepted.
